We offer you half hour classes to keep you moving at home. You simply download the video files to your device to keep. Make them part of your exercise routine at your convenience in your space and in your own time frame.
The Beginner 1 level should enable even a complete beginner to the Pilates Method to grasp the basic movement principles and move you in a very save way.
Move on to the Beginner 2 level when you feel that you have honed the principles of stability and core activation. With these classes you may step up to better body organisation.
The Intermediate classes shall give you a bit more work on abdominal strength and endurance as much as challenging movement control.
