Intermediate – Video 1 – Upper Body


This is a bit more intense workout, which takes us through the typical abdominal ‘Series of 5’, and we are adding hand weights to challenge the upper body. The arm weight bearing exercises at the end of the class are testing us for good shoulder girdle organisation.
